Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Transaction Advisory Services Manager will lead multiple engagements focused on corporate valuation, tax structuring, and negotiation while developing strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and managing multiple transaction advisory engagements to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Providing expertise in corporate valuation, tax structuring, and negotiation
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying and addressing client needs

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the accounting and finance industry
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CVA
• Proven experience in valuation services, tax structuring, and negotiation
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in accounting and financial software
• The ability to work effectively in a remote setting with strong self-management skills
