Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst to support real estate transaction activities for a leading technology client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent changes
• Track lease information, property values, and rental rates
• Assist with local transaction implementation and facilitate the closeout process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions and financial analysis is a plus
• Strong financial analysis skills are highly desired
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
