Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst to support real estate transaction activities and financial reporting for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent changes
• Track lease information, property values, and real estate assignments
• Assist in the closeout process and provide financial breakdown support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions and financial modeling is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
