Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst to evaluate and support complex real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent increases
• Support tracking of lease information, property values, and capital expenditures
• Assist with local transaction implementation and facilitate the closeout process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions and financial analysis is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
