Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of complex real estate transactions, the full-time remote Transaction Analyst will conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and ensure operational support for various real estate activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rental increases
• Track lease information, property values, and capital expenditures
• Facilitate the closeout process and provide financial breakdown support for transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
• Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
