Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential support to Transaction Managers and Brokers, the full-time remote Transaction Analyst will manage transaction data, produce reports, and perform advanced financial analysis on real estate transactions across a national portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support Transaction Managers and Brokers with active deals and portfolio initiatives
• Prepare and deliver client-facing and internal reporting packages based on transaction data
• Maintain transaction databases and develop complex Excel models for analysis and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in commercial real estate preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience managing large datasets and transaction databases
• Familiarity with reporting platforms or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
