Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Transaction Managers and Brokers, the full-time Transaction Analyst will manage and report on real estate transactions, track lease information, and assist with local transaction implementation, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent commencements
• Support tracking of lease information, property values, and capital expenditures
• Facilitate the closeout process and provide financial breakdown support for transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
• Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems
