Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of commercial real estate transactions, the full-time remote Transaction Analyst will conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and ensure operational support for lease management and real estate activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent changes
• Track lease information, property values, and capital expenditures
• Assist in local transaction implementation and facilitate the closeout process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions and financial modeling is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
