Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Analyst, the full-time remote position will evaluate and support the execution of complex real estate transactions, conduct financial analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports while residing in the Bay Area.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent increases
• Support tracking of lease information, property values, and capital expenditures
• Assist in local transaction implementation and facilitate the closeout process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions and financial modeling is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
