Transaction Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the execution of complex real estate transactions, the full-time Transaction Analyst will conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and ensure operational support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent commencements
- Track lease information, property values, and capital expenditures
- Assist in the closeout process and provide financial breakdown support for transactions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
- Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
