Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting lease administration and financial reporting, the full-time remote Transaction Analyst will manage lease terminations, renewals, and provide financial breakdown support while participating in real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent increases monthly
• Support tracking of lease information, property values, and rental rates
• Facilitate the closeout process and assist in lease negotiation and administration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
• Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices for problem-solving
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
