Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project initiation, coordination, and execution of real estate transaction activities
• Prepare and present financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Support project management, portfolio planning, and occupancy needs assessment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training
• Real Estate Salesperson license, a plus
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
