Job Summary
To support key operational processes, the full-time salaried Transaction Analyst II will manage time-sensitive transactions and assist in the corporate enrollment guarantee program, ensuring seamless customer transitions between energy suppliers while working in a hybrid environment based in Houston, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process Utility Market Transactions in various markets such as ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, and ISO-NE
- Support back-office processes including enrollments, billing, exception handling, and change transactions
- Analyze transaction data and resolve issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders using various CRM and reporting tools
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of two years of experience in processing Utility Market Transactions
- Experience with EDI enrollment and drop transactions, customer account reconciliation, and managing SLAs in a high-volume environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and reporting systems such as Excel, Access, Power BI, and Oracle
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
