Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Audit Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Review real estate transaction data and public records to identify discrepancies
• Investigate inconsistencies using customer databases and public web research
• Prepare and communicate findings to referral partner agents regarding discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of U.S. names, nicknames, and geography
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Trello, Salesforce, and Email
• Ability to manage time independently and maintain focus on repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Fluency in spoken and written English
