Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator - Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and maintain property transaction data and related files into internal systems
  • Track all stages of portfolio transactions and ensure necessary documentation and approvals are in place
  • Assist with preparation and management of due diligence documentation and review transaction files for compliance
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in transaction coordination, real estate administration, or portfolio management
  • Experience with real estate transactions, lease agreements, and compliance processes is highly preferred
  • Ability to work one Saturday per month
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with transaction management software
  • Familiarity with real estate compliance requirements and standard transaction documents
