Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage the settlement process for property acquisitions and dispositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely processing of acquisitions to facilitate quick market listings
  • Act as a representative to customers throughout the settlement process and manage relationships with title companies
  • Assist with property marketing and coordinate with the construction department to ensure project completion before listing
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
  • High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
