Job Summary
A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator (L2C) to assist originators in building complete loan files for submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist originators with appointment setting and manage client databases
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and preparing documentation
- Act as a point of contact for customers and referral sources, ensuring communication throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- No active MLO licensing required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
