Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator (L2C) to assist originators in building complete loan files for submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist originators with appointment setting and lead management
  • Provide administrative support, including managing client databases and preparing loan documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and referral sources, ensuring effective communication throughout the process
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
  • No active MLO licensing required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organization
  • Proficiency in data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
