Job Summary

Providing operational coordination for a dynamic client account, the full-time Transaction Coordinator will support transaction management professionals with documentation, track lease expirations, and assist in reporting functions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to the transactions team with necessary documentation for leases, renewals, and sales
  • Track critical dates and prepare various reports, including closing reports and KPI tracking
  • Process paperwork and manage transaction information quality across databases
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in finance or real estate
  • Experience with Google suite preferred
  • Strong organizational and research skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Prior experience in client service roles is advantageous
