Job Summary
Providing operational coordination for a dynamic client account, the full-time Transaction Coordinator will support transaction management professionals with documentation, track lease expirations, and assist in reporting functions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and support to the transactions team with necessary documentation for leases, renewals, and sales
- Track critical dates and prepare various reports, including closing reports and KPI tracking
- Process paperwork and manage transaction information quality across databases
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in finance or real estate
- Experience with Google suite preferred
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
- Prior experience in client service roles is advantageous
