Job Summary
Supporting loan originators in a remote full-time capacity, the Transaction Coordinator will manage client communications, assist in building loan files, and ensure timely follow-up on loan applications while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist originators with appointment setting, lead follow-up, and managing client databases
- Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and manage the collection of necessary documentation
- Provide administrative support throughout the loan application and processing stages, ensuring quality customer service
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of one year experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF software, and data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and company values
