Transaction Flow Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Flow Specialist to manage transaction flow processes related to insurance recovery and patient payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective insurance recovery and patient pay workflows
• Research and identify root causes of edits and denials, developing error prevention initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive performance improvement in transaction flow processes

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• Two years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• One year of healthcare accounts receivable billing experience
• Experience with resolving insurance payer denials
• Familiarity with technical (UB) and professional (1500) billing preferred
