Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients' legal and compliance departments to understand transaction structures
• Liaise with clients and counterparties to obtain necessary materials and information
• Conduct KYC risk analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in legal, compliance, or risk management sectors
• Knowledge of legal administration, document drafting, and regulatory compliance
• Degree in law, diploma in paralegal studies, or related field
• Professional certifications such as ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent are a plus
• Experience with KYC tools and screening platforms is desirable
