Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Transaction Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate the origination and sale of loans
• Assist in reviewing and interpreting underwriting guidelines and loan documentation
• Perform pricing analyses and assess loan-level risks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in mortgage finance or credit analysis
• Experience interpreting legal documents and underwriting guidelines
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling and pricing concepts is a plus
• Skilled at prioritizing and proactively managing multiple tasks
