Transaction Management Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the Transactions Lead, the full-time Transaction Management Analyst will create and track commission invoices, manage a global commission database, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate commission reporting, all while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Create, book, and track commission invoices and payments
• Manage the global commission database and prepare deal-related documents for revenue accountants
• Coordinate with various internal teams to process and approve a high volume of transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required
• Three to five years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of lease language, reconciliation processes, and real estate taxes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CoStar Real Estate Manager
• Experience working with a global team is a plus
