Transaction Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Management Associate to support the operational processes of loan sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Capital Markets team with loan sales to various investors
• Coordinate with trade desk and loan delivery teams to troubleshoot transaction issues
• Build reporting to manage loan sale pipeline and reconcile post-sale items

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience (3-5 years)
• Experience with Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD)
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Experience in a team-oriented role to enhance results
