A company is looking for a Transaction Management Director for Electric Vehicle (EV) Charge Point operators.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement real estate plans aligned with client's EV goals
Prepare and analyze financial documents for real estate assets
Track and manage all EV transaction activities to ensure timely completion

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of related experience
Electric Vehicle Charging experience preferred
Real Estate Salesperson license
Financial expertise with budget management experience
Computer proficiency with MS Office and Internet skills
