Transaction Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Transaction Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Transaction Management team, managing performance and setting expectations
• Oversee the end-to-end post-close transaction lifecycle, ensuring adherence to counterparty requirements
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for improving quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in mortgage originations or secondary marketing, with experience in post-closing or transaction management
• 5+ years of experience leading operations or capital markets teams, preferably in a remote environment
• Deep understanding of agency and whole loan investor delivery and purchase requirements
• Strong knowledge of loan origination systems and investor/warehouse portals
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and defect reduction in a fast-paced environment
