Transaction Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team in a full-time role, the Transaction Management Supervisor will manage the project management of inbound and outbound servicing transfers, ensuring adherence to procedures and operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop the team responsible for servicing transfers, ensuring standards are met and operational issues are addressed
• Manage the transfer pipeline, assign work to team members, and measure employee performance
• Develop and maintain reporting on transfer status and issues for management, while collaborating with internal teams for process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing and/or loan transfer
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Access, and Word)
