Key Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with corporate goals and lead transaction activities including negotiations

• Analyze market and financial data to support recommendations and provide financial reporting for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Located in the Pacific Standard Time zone
• Associates Degree with 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, or Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of contract terms and real estate transaction management
• Experience using a lease administration database
• Strong understanding of financial data analysis in real estate contexts
