Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to manage and execute lease transactions while fostering client relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key transaction responsibilities for a national strategic client and improve transaction management processes
• Oversee financial analyses, review lease documents, and manage the workload of Analysts throughout the transaction process
• Lead preparation of reports and presentations while conducting market research and managing client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate or related field
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and transactions
• Strong financial analysis skills, including experience with NPV cash flows
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
