Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement real estate plans and strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties
Coordinate field resources and partners for lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and property dispositions
Negotiate business terms and conditions for commercial real estate transactions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
4-6 years of transactions related experience and/or training
Real Estate Salesperson license
Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
Advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigational skills
