Transaction Manager Due Diligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager, Due Diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain pipelines and oversee client rebuttals while running exceptions reporting
• Manage communication with internal and external partners for loan trade settlements and securitizations
• Coordinate with internal groups to onboard new sellers and buyers and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Transaction Management role, preferably in a Due Diligence environment
• Deep understanding of due diligence scope for various mortgage loans
• Working knowledge of residential mortgage secondary market transactions
• Experience consulting with clients and executing business objectives in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to grow service offerings within existing client relationships
