Transaction Manager - Real Estate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project initiation and scope
• Negotiate business terms and conditions as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent
• Track transaction activity, prepare reports, and maintain a real estate project tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive and complex information
