Transaction Processing Associate

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Transaction Processing Associate in the Representment Operations department, the successful candidate will research, analyze, and maintain consumer information, focusing on reviewing representments submitted by merchants in response to chargebacks, ensuring accurate resolution of disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Process transactions and tasks accurately within procedural guidelines
• Meet daily productivity and quality performance standards
• Provide exemplary customer service and maintain detailed logs of account investigations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• 1+ years of customer/client service experience
• 1+ years of experience in the banking/financial industry, specifically with chargebacks and disputes
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
• Ability to pass background checks and meet technical requirements for remote work
