Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Transaction Processing Specialist will process various document types for a rental car agency while meeting timeliness and accuracy standards, asking questions as needed, and complying with all policies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Log into the workflow and process multiple document types efficiently
• Ensure compliance with timeliness and accuracy standards while performing assigned duties
• Maintain adherence to company policies and standards, including effective communication with team members

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug test
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in navigating multiple windows and maintaining a self-motivated work ethic in a remote environment
