Transaction Processor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Transaction Processor will manage the uploading of residential real estate documents and oversee transactions related to new home listings, ensuring accurate and timely data transfer into the centralized operating system.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and upload documentation for proper recording in the system
• Manage the intake and organization of new transactions in the operating system
• Complete change or correction requests from branch offices in a timely manner

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in the Real Estate or Mortgage industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, TEAMS, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to provide internal and external customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet daily goals and targets
