Job Summary

Managing high-profile and high-volume servicing transfer projects, the full-time Transaction Project Manager III will act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintain project plans, and facilitate meetings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound servicing transfer projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope
• Coordinate data mapping sessions and testing efforts in collaboration with the Loan Transfer Data Analyst
• Provide consistent status updates and maintain the Lessons Learned process to evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in maintaining project documentation and facilitating meetings
