Transaction Project Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the temporary full-time Transaction Project Manager II will manage small to mid-sized servicing transfer projects, acting as the primary point of contact and maintaining project plans and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound servicing transfer projects, ensuring timely completion of project scope and timelines
• Facilitate meetings with clients and servicers, documenting agendas, minutes, and action items
• Identify and track issues and risks, providing status updates and coordinating data mapping and testing efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and meet deadlines
• Experience in client relations and presentation skills
