Transactional Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transactional Accounting Manager - Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting operations
• Deliver timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end close with strong accounting controls
• Manage and develop accounting teams while overseeing stakeholder relationships and service management

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 5+ years of leadership experience in AP, AR, and General Accounting
• Proven experience managing multi-entity accounting operations
• Strong understanding of controls, reconciliations, and close governance
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
