Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Places & Services (Events, Security, etc.) Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle for various agreements related to corporate events and security
• Oversee venue rentals, global event production SOWs, and security & crowd management contracts
• Handle travel & hospitality services, facility management MSAs, and catering agreements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active attorney license in good standing
• Experience in contract management and transactional law
• Familiarity with corporate events and security-related agreements
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively for part-time engagement
