Transactions Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Transactions team, the full-time remote Transactions Analyst will manage business development, conduct deal qualification, and perform financial underwriting while building relationships with investment bankers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with investment bankers, business brokers, and professional advisors to source acquisition opportunities
• Evaluate inbound acquisition opportunities through operational and financial screening, including conducting discovery calls with sellers
• Prepare deal summaries and financial workbooks to support investment committee reviews and assist in the preparation of Indications of Interest and Letters of Intent

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of finance or accounting experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or related fields
• Demonstrated interest in evaluating small to medium-sized businesses and conducting calls with sellers and brokers
• Experience managing projects or workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deals simultaneously
