• Prepare detailed financial analyses and update reports, presentations, and analyses with team and clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing lease and owned real estate portfolios
• Familiarity with lease documents and ability to abstract complex real estate documents
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with technology tools for reporting and analytics
• Ability to interface with landlords and brokers on proposals and tours
