Transcript Evaluator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transcript Evaluator to support student success through accurate transfer credit evaluation and degree progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate official and unofficial transcripts for transfer students and advise on transferable coursework
• Assist students in completing degree requirements and coordinate with the Registrar's Office
• Maintain accurate records in systems and analyze trends for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum one year of higher education experience
• Experience with transcripts, transfer credit evaluation, or degree audits preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-evolving environment
• Experience with Salesforce, Colleague, or Workday Student preferred
• Musical background or knowledge of contemporary music curricula preferred
