Transcript Evaluator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and student-centered, the full-time remote Transcript Evaluator will evaluate transfer credits, advise students on coursework, and maintain accurate records to support student success in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate official and unofficial transcripts and communicate transfer decisions to students
• Assist students in completing degree requirements and identify potential academic risks
• Maintain accurate records in systems and produce reports to inform process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum one year of higher education experience
• Experience with transcripts, transfer credit evaluation, or degree audits preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Colleague, or Workday Student preferred
• Musical background or knowledge of Berklee curricula preferred
