Job Summary

To support a multilingual transcription project, remote workers will transcribe short speech recordings into accurate written text and tag disfluencies while following clear guidelines and maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe short speech recordings accurately, adhering to project guidelines
• Tag common speech slips, including repetitions and filler words, to enhance transcription quality
• Ensure proper formatting and punctuation for written text, following established conventions

Required qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in one of the specified target languages
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written guidelines closely
• Comfortable working independently on a computer with a reliable internet connection
• Reliable and consistent, prioritizing accuracy over speed
