Transcription Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and passionate about quality, the part-time Transcription Quality Analyst will review and edit audio-to-text medical transcripts for accuracy, consistency, and compliance while providing constructive feedback to transcriptionists in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Complete team audits by verifying patient demographics and finalizing reports within the transcription platform
• Review and edit 20-25 reports daily to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness using appropriate medical terminology
• Provide daily feedback to Medical Transcriptionists to support quality improvement and development

Required qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certification
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines
• Experience in an Ancillary or Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
