Leading a team of Transfer Acquisition Specialists, the full-time remote Transfer Acquisition Manager will oversee agency book transfer and conversion initiatives, ensuring successful execution, operational efficiency, and agency engagement throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Transfer Acquisition Specialists, establishing performance goals and monitoring productivity
• Oversee the execution of agency book transfer initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation of methodologies and resolving escalated issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agencies, guiding them through change management activities during transitions

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with independent agencies or carrier distribution models
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and agency workflows
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience managing complex projects or business transitions
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive business results
