Job Summary
Supporting the integrity and functionality of academic records, the full-time remote Transfer Credit Systems Specialist will manage academic record maintenance, execute system transactions, and provide stakeholder support while specializing in Transfer Credit evaluations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of academic records, processing updates and resolving discrepancies
- Execute and monitor system transactions within the Student Information System (SIS), performing testing and troubleshooting
- Provide timely support to students, faculty, and staff, managing inquiries in alignment with service level expectations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience in student records, registrar operations, transfer credit, or a related higher education function
- Experience using a Student Information System (SIS) to process or update student data
- Demonstrated ability to manage transactional workflows and resolve data or system issues
- Experience interpreting and applying academic policies in a structured environment
