Transfer Evaluation Coordinator

Job Summary

Evaluating academic records for diverse student populations, the full-time Transfer Evaluation Coordinator will ensure accurate application of transfer credit toward degree programs while supporting admissions and advising efforts, with the option to work remotely and occasional office hours required.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate submitted transcripts and apply appropriate transfer credit to student degree plans
• Research institutions and courses to ensure proper articulation and alignment with institutional policies
• Collaborate with academic advising and admissions for degree plan updates and student record accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in higher education, particularly in a Registrar's Office or Transfer Evaluation role
• Understanding of student records policies and FERPA regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Anthology Student (Campus Nexus Student) is preferred
