Transfer Pricing Senior Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing Transfer Pricing practice, the full-time salaried Transfer Pricing Senior Associate will manage intercompany pricing analyses, collaborate with global teams, and assist multinational clients with transfer pricing advisory and documentation services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret clients' financial data and assess cross-border intercompany transactions
• Participate in functional analysis interviews and support documentation, planning, and dispute resolution
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members while contributing to quality consulting projects

Required qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
• Actively pursuing or completed an advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or JD/LLM is preferred
• Two (2) or more years of specific transfer pricing experience is required
• Experience with complex financial models and drafting technical writings is preferred
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is highly preferred
